Access denied to Support System

Hello,

Please check and advice why the support tickets below is not answered:

[Support Ticket #BGV-93771-860]
[Support Ticket #CDG-18958-391]

Please note that I can't follow my ticket by login to the helpdesk because everytime I login then I got this error message : Access denied.

Please advice ASAP.

I just checked those tickets, they are answered with "waiting on reply" status.

Not sure why you have "access denied" though?

I still can't login or follow the tickets after the last reply, I reply by email but I guess the system didn't notify you because I didn't get followup for my tickets above.

I read about other users with different difficulties logging to the current support system, Please consider www.kayako.com solution as it's proofed to be more reliable.
