I have asked this question before and looking at your new demo now (3.5) it looks like you still don't have the answer.

I would buy vivvo straight away if it had the ability to use different article full templates.

If i have a category called "entertainment", I want to be able to use different article full templates so that i can offer my advertisers the chance to advertise under specific category and it's articles.

If I have a category called "technology", advertisers don't want their ads displayed in, for example, "humor" section because it's not related to what they offering.

Another benefit of this would be: you could customise colour and layout for every different category and its articles.

you could put :Create new article template in your admin panel and then let users associate newly created article templates with categories

Could you build something like that for me - if you can, I would pay you in advance for that work and i will also purchase the developers licence.

Does anyone else thinks that this would be great feature? If you are unable to do this for me please at least suggest an alternative CMS that can do this.

I believe it is possible to have Custom templates for each category and/or Custom header/footer for each category.

True, you can have custom category templates, but you cannot have custom individual article templates. The current version of Vivvo does not support this, however the new platform we're working on will be able to do this, and much more.

Any idea when the new platform will be released?(roughly- may,June July or next year)

The new platform is currently in early Beta, and will be done in June/July. However, the management will probably release it after the summer holidays (late August / early September), because holiday season is not actually the greatest time to release a brand new platform :)

On the other hand, the "Lite" version of new platform (without AJAX framework: codename "InVivvo") will be done in a week or two, and can basically serve a high-load website. If you're interested in this, please contact me on PM to give you more details on terms for obtaining this early-release.

I asked the same question before in different topic and I really need this to customize my website...now I m waiting my site's anniversary (on may 15) and hope to find a solution before than...

I really need to do a different category templates... is it possible for me to use the new version too:D
