Upgrade from 4.0.3

[trackpads]

Hi,

I might be kinda dense but I cannot find a document telling me how to upgrade my site. Do I just copy the latest files and run the install script?

Also, right now my site is at trackpads.com/home. What steps would I need to do to move it to just trackapds.com? Can I just move the site and log in via the new url?

I am currently running 4.0.3.
