Yes, this is for 3.5

You shoud definitely upgrade, for many reasons (including security).

Not easily, you need to manually amend every date() statement in PHP files... If you're not skilled in PHP, I do not recommend doing this.

I have vivvo version 3.4 so can?t change date format by the use of administration panel. I know i have to edit the script to change date format in version 3.4 but problem is don?t know which files I have to edit pls help me tell me the files

There is a number of files across the system, I really can't make a list of them now. Go thru each file, and change date() function, that's the best I can say.
