Hi,
I submitted a ticket "Sales: #FCS-18496-244" on friday and on monday - still no reponse. Are they working today at all? :(

Please take into account the time difference - your ticket was addressed on Monday during our business hours (GMT+1 timezone).

Your status on our community forum has nothing to do with the type of your license, but on the number of posts :)
still, there are predefined user groups on our forums for the staff of Spoonlabs.
