Mobile Section

I am a new client (version 3.5) but can not find the mobile section. Which URL points to the mobile/PDA page?

Ther is no URL that leads to mobile/PDA page.
When you access your site via mobile or PDA device, it automatically loads handheld.css file for mobile devices.
However if you want you can see the site via Opera browser by pressing "Shift + F11", or if you have developer toolbar extension for Firefox, you can go to CSS >> Display CSS By Media Type >> Handheld. That will give you the look of your site on mobile and PDA devices.
