Registered user profile question

Hello,

The registered user can only submit his first name, last name and email address during registration. There is no option in registered user admin to manage his profile later. On the other hand, he should be able to submit his picture and a short bio. Those two parts of user's profile are available for editing only in administrators panel.
I don't know how to alowe registered user to publish their picture and short bio box ( bio box is most important for all users because they want to place links to their sites in it ). Is there solution for this problem? I wander how you guys manage this, do your users send you their pictures and bio by email?
As I see, there is no other option for administrator to get users' picture and bio...

At this moment, Vivvo does not utilize user groups in the manner of some CMS systems like Drupal or Joomla. It's primary intention is not to have user manipulation mechanisms (editing profiles, etc.) available to broader audience, these tools are restricted to administrator.

Never the less, we're considering expanding user groups/user manipulation in future versions.
