Sections not working!

My categories are not working. The news publishes but the categories come up as "The requested URL /News/ was not found on this server."

Isn't it suppose to create the folder automatic? It's not in the FTP at all. I made two new categories and those don't work either.

What should I do?

This topic was raised number of times, the folders are not being created on the FTP, these are "search engine friendly" URLs.
