I am a programmer, I really had bad experience of continuous work.
Sometimes i work more than 110 hours per week. this type of work put me in following diseases..
1. Depression/Anxiety
2. High Blood Pressure
3. Irregularity of apetite
Do you have any experience, if yes then how did you get rid of?? Have you been with medication and what type of medicines you have been using..

I have worked on Stress Management programs and still provide some services in this area.
In fact we insisted on renaming it Stress Reduction. Why? Because if you delude yourself by naming it 'Stress Management' it implies that excessive stress is OK - and you can work your people (literally) to death, as long as you manage the stress.
A very unintelligent approach.
What does work:
1. Identify the stressors and their validity
2. Systematically and co-operatively reduce them
That takes care of about 80% of the stress.
The 20% that's left does have to be managed, because business (in many cultures) is a brutish activity.
My question is: Why are you working 110 hours?

zontech i also agree with you.
It is admitted fact that anxiety or depression is also produced with less time of sleep. It is reduced with making up the deficiency of sleep as well as using sleeping pills (http://www.pro-medics.com/ambien-generic/).
These will give possible relief.
