Hi Everyone.

We use Vivvo on our site http://All4Women.co.za.

Currently we experience problems with the site when there is high traffic and hence we're looking to move to a new hosting provider that offers high-spec dedicated servers and the ability/option to implement load balancing.

We would want the hosting provider to be in Europe rather than the US and for them to offer telephonic support (in English) not just email.

Can any of you recommend a hosting provider that you know can run Vivvo and offers the above?

Thanks everyone

I've been more then happy with Liquidweb.com. I have a small cluster there, load balancer, 3 web servers, 1 file server and a mysql server on that cluster. Plus another dedicated server there.

Hi Danrak

Thanks for your reply. I had look at LiquidWeb but i was concerned that they where in the US. I was hoping to find a company in Europe because it is closer to our timezone (For support) and there is less latency between South Africa and Europe.

Are you getting good traffic? Could you let me know the site? (even if by PM)
I'd like to browse to it from South Africa and see how it loads (speed).
What sort of traffic do you get? I know i'm asking alot of questions :-) but we have moved the site 3 times already so i am trying to make 100% sure that the next move is the last one for a long time :-)

cheers
Enrique

I don't think you need to worry about that, every respectable company (LiquidWeb included) has 24/7 support, so time zone is meaningless...
