This option is not (yet) supported from Preferences, so if you want to remove Related Articles section do the following:
1. Open article_Full.tpl template
2. Locate and remove following tags:
- {LNG_RELATED_NEWS}
- {ARTICLE_RELATED_NEWS}
This should do it.
