I can create a new form and test it. But how do I use it? How are the forms saved?

If i understand correctly, you want to create few different contact forms and save them.
There is no option for saving different contact form pages, you can create only one contact us form with Contact builder plugin.

You don't "use" it, the form is displayed when someone clicks on "Contact Us" link in the front-end (managed by {PWP_CONTACT_LINK} tag).

Yup, if you try www.yoursite.com/contact.php you will find your form.
I have managed to create several forms this way but it does mean duplicating and hacking a couple of key files (two in fact) and I have no idea if anyone from the Vivvo dev team thinks this is a good idea :P

And you have used the form plugin to create a form?
By the way, renaming contact.php to something else will get rid of spammbots.

I did not see contact form plugin in the package.
Contact form builder is a paid plugin and it's not included in standard package.
