Troubles With The Installation

Hi,

I'm changing the hosting, and when I tried to reinstall vivvo in the new one an error appears.
This error appears in the 'Vivvo Article Manager Installation' after the 3th step 'Settings' : Can't Connect!.

I have put MySQL database information correctly but I don't know if I need to activate something in the new hosting.

Someone can help me?

It must be DB problem. Did you enter the new db parameters in include/conf.php ? If the problem persists, submit a support ticket with your server access and db.

the problem was the hosting provider. Issue solved

My issues never finish :P. I am importing the information of old hosting to other hosting.

When I try to upload the information of backup file of a php script appears the following error.

"The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log."

The Vivvo's restoe backup runs excellent in other hosting but in this one not.

Can you tell me what can you think about the nature of this issue?

Or another matter to upload the backup and restore the info ?
