Seems that banners simply stop working

I tried today to login to the admin area but just get a "Cannot find server or DNS Error"

http://www.crime-news.co.za/admin/ dont work

I also noticed on the homepage that the banners are not displayed.

I am not sure but it may perhaps be a server problem and not Vivvo problem?

Just checked both URL's and everything looks fine to me.
There are two banners displaying on home page, and administration area displays login form.

I discovered about one hour ago it was a PHP problem thank you.

Everything works fine after I recompiled PHP

I noticed that my Norton Internet Security blocks banners on the site. I am sure this is because the word 'banners' is a stop-word within the NIS.
I'd like to rename the 'banners' folder (to something like "bunkers" or "bonkers" :) ).
What php files should I edit to make it work? = Where are the references to the "banners" folder?
