Meta in arabic langauge

Hi 2 all,

I have change the meta word in arabic langauge i get verr bad error in the index page, you cant read the arabic letter all wil be smal BOX :confused: and same way i chnage mate for english is not any probleem.

that is make :

<title>{TITLE}</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset={CHARSET}" />
<meta name="generator" content="StreamRTV" />
<meta name=" kurdsat, kurd, puk, sulaymany, news, pkk, kdp, hawal, kurdsattv,TV, kurdsian , Iraq,Irak"/>


But like that i have now is no probleem
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset={CHARSET}" />
<meta name="generator" content="Kurdsat" />
{META_NAMES}.

the ferst code i get wrong text in arabic langauge the secnd code working good but the meta words is all meta of Vivvo.

i shal post PIC.
