Any advice? I just recently changed my setting to the one that included the <title>. I don't really know what the SEO advantages are between all three of them :D

SEO means Search Engine Optimization.
Search engines can understand the pages much better when they arei n .html format , so enabling this option will make your CMS provide more tags to the crawlers so they will index better, and give more results to visitors when searching for osmething related to your website contents .

SInce SEO works on a scoring system, keywords on your page, in your URL even in your pictures and alt tags all combine to create a total relevancy score. Picking the one that has your title in it is in my opinion a great way to get good results on the search engines, when coupled with other SEO tricks.
