I'm dissatisfied a bit with Vivvo support. So far it was quite good.
But last thursday things went south a bit.
I write a support ticket on last thursday evening.
Friday - nothing (24 hours haven't passed though)
Saturday-Sunday (I submit three more tickets)
Monday - no response at all
Tuesday - is it after lunchtime still not answered to my ticket from last Thrusday, not mentioning those I opened on the weekend.
What's happening???
