Newsfeed Importer does not Function

I am having a problem with the Newsfeed importer.
I get a working rss link that I know is operating as viewed by my rss reader.
I paste this into the box next to the category I wish to load the feed into.
I then click on save preferences.
Then I click on Fetch News Now. The next page comes up and says:

Cron Started: Tue, 20 Feb 2007 13:14:50 -0600

Cron finished: Tue, 20 Feb 2007 13:14:50 -0600

Nothing else happens, no articles etc.
If I then go back into the Newsfeed Importer the link I put in and saved is gone.

Make sure to follow exact steps as described in Manual:

If it still does not work, submit a Help Desk ticket with your server access and license info.

I am having this problem also. I have seen several threads on it with no answer. I submitted a ticket and received no response.

My feeds are still in the admin, the feeds just don't show on the website.

Can anyone help?

I have that problem before. The default number of hours was 5. When I click fetch now, it worked, but the second time around it didnt. Turns out you just need to make it 0 Hours. So I thought vivvo recognizes the time difference and wouldn't work if u keep on fetching the feeds within the allowable time frame.

My problem though is, after 5 hours, it didn't fetch anything
