Tomorrow morning, on April 10th from 6am to 10am GMT+1 (12am - 4am EST) the Support HelpDesk will be down due to maintenance and upgrade.
During that time, you will not be able to post support tickets via web interface, and all emails piped through support@vivvo.net and sales@vivvo.net will be queued.
After the upgrade, the new HelpDesk will be tightly integrated with Client Area system so you will be using your client area email and password to login to HelpDesk.
