Hi guys
I wish that the "support" guys can learn from this forum what is support all about. Always struggle to get any support from support and have to resolve to the forum in order to get any help.
Submitted a support ticket on 9 th. they eventually comes back and asked for ftp access, which I immediately send to them. Up to date still heard nothing further from them.
The problem is that, when I try to make a specific (so far) article a headline, the page gives me error code and the article is not showed in headlines.
If I however remove ALL the articles from headlines (featured) and make just this article a headline, then there is no problem.
I rechecked the article and even the database (comparing the article and other headline articles) but there is NOTHING in the article self that can cause this behaviour. (No special formating etc)
Can anybody perhaps help please?
