I'm new vivvo user with a standard license
I'm trying to contact support via ticket system
but I cannot login with my customer details .
I tried to post some questions in the forum but it
seems that my account have not sufficient privileges
to post new threads..except in the Pre-sales questions and answers forum..
I contact support via email ..and there is no answer after more than 36 hours..
So I'm writing here to ask what should I do now with this script
If there is no forums..no tickets .. and no answers ..?

Well you should click the forgot password button to get your info again and use it to login. Keep in mind that the login info can be different then the forum login info (mine is).
Once you post a support ticket you'll get an answer to what is next. I think they offer an installation service or you can actually read the documentation that is posted online on the vivvo.net website (you don't need to login) and follow the instructions. That's how most people install the script, they read the manual and go through the simple step-by-step :)

I guess you're just out of luck :D
Dunno, I just checked your forum account and it seems normal... You sure you cannot post anywhere else? Perhaps you tried in few forums where you do not have sufficient permissions to create threads, like "News and Announcements".
As for support ticket, there isn't a single one in the queue 3 days old :S Can you give me the ticket number to check?

thank you

Actually you said you couldn't login with your customer details. Your customer details is the client login and there is a reset password box:
https://www.vivvo.net/orders/client_login.php
Your login for the support area is the same login as the forums and the forget password option is located in the forums login screen :) This can be found here: http://www.vivvo.net/forums/login.php?do=lostpw
Although you clearly do not need it as you are posting in this thread, which means you logged in properly to the forum session, which means you can post and view your support tickets :) It can be a little confusing, because the login for the support tickets is actually on the left side of the page about half way down the screen, and you are probably trying to login at the top of the page or something ( which is the customer login for downloading the script ). I think I got confused there myself when I first started with Vivvo.
Why would you want to post in the how-to section if you don't know how to install your script anyway? The how-to section is for people that know what they are doing and want to share it with the community, the trouble-shooting section is where you want to be :) Hope that helps you out bud!
