about 4.0.3 > 4.1

Hi everybody

Im using a 4.0.3 on testing site and want to buy 4.1 , i have a modified theme and localized (arabic) files , so my question is :

Is upgrading from 4.0.3 to 4.1 will effect my theme or style ?

Probably a bit, however there is an upgrader script for 4.1 that helps in template migration. Of course, it is highly recommended to perform the upgrade on dev. site (testing), not production one.
