I need someone who can to this for me.
In vivvo although general users are not able to vote multiple times, a member can vote after he is logged off. I need someone who can modify the poll in a way that a user strictly votes once and not twice. I need the poll cookie to be set on for 1months time or any other user defined time, so he wo'nt be able to vote again or using ip option.
I can pay by papal and if someone can do this pls let me know.
