Vivvo One Theme Customization

Wanted customization for One theme in my website. the theme is located in http://one.myvivvo.com

Not complicated job, all needed is:

1- changing the colors, font, style.. give a full new professional look.

2- Replacement of some plugins in the homepage.

3- giving more ad paces.

4- make the theme to work in both RTL probably.
will give more details for this job.

money will be sent through paypal.

Anyone who knows only how to deal with vivvo template engine VTE and also know how to deal with CSS can bid here..

note i am looking for customization, not a new theme.

my budget is up to $80-100..

i am looking for almost the same thing to be done with the vivvo one theme.
i have drown what i need on the homepage of that theme

and i can call what i need ( Tweaks ) not something else.

so i need Tweaks for the vivvo one theme whch is located in http://one.myvivvo.com
