Troubles with the puntuaction signs ??????

Hi,
I write in spanish language and in the RSS feeds the puntuaction signs are recognized like an error.
Ex: Pr?ximas = pr?ximas ; Garc?a = Garc?a ; a?o = ao

Someone knows how to solved it ?

Make sure to enter all the content as UTF-8, and RSS will work normally with spanish chars.
