Is the support desk working? I've sent a number of emails in relating to what I believe may possibly be a security issue, yet have had no reply, automated or otherwise :(

huh, not again :(

1. Did you receive automated response upon submission?
2. Did you get ticket number? (if so, post it here)
3. When did you send them?

I trully hope it's not a server/parser issue again... Just checked the system up'n'down, no trace of your emails...

1. No automated response.
2. Therefore, no ticket number :(
3. One was sent on 28th December, one on 1st January.

Can you give me another email address to contact you on? It may not be as serious as I think, but it is definitely an issue that needs addressing.

@to all: If anyone else experiences problems with HelpDesk, please write on this topic.

@Elton: try billing[at]vivvo.net - this address is not monitored by HelpDesk system, therefore should be accessed directly.
