Author's page doesn't show up in Arabic

i've noticed that if the author name is in Arabic the author page doesn't show he/r name or any related info see in this page the author name is حرووف

but here it's different it shaws everything if the author's name is in English

i hope there's a soluation for this ...

one more thing is there a page that's allow the authors to add thier info like site link and about them

becuas vivvo make page with numbers, if you write arabic text you see that but he dont get the html page.
beter to not write any thing ther it wil get automatcly number.
