is to do it with yourself by cusimuizing your own tamplets

RTL (Arabic) template set is made for Vivvo 4.0.2, 4.0.3, 4.0.4 and it works on all of them, so it should work on your 4.0.3.
If you have problems with something else please provide more data on the issue, or contact Vivvo support.
