Admin working in version 4.03 build 2478

I can get the admin system working, login and see the admin pages. However if I upload the version 4.10-rc2 it will not allow me to log in. I went back to the old version and it works allowing me to add pages and the like.

However both versions show no website at pages.asp

It just gives a HTTP 403 Forbidden error. So admin works great and functions but not the front end?
Any ideas

Same issue...Yesterday I was able to login to admin but today, no luck...sent an email to support...but does anyone know why this is happening?

How long does it typically take for support to reply? I am using the 21 day trial...have added a good amount of info, but now unable to login...should I do a reinstall or should I wait for support.
