We are experiencing substantial problems with our HelpDesk software in last two days. All the inquiries sent to support@vivvo.net are not getting thru to us. We're working on this, but for the moment be aware that if you sent anything at all to our support (email, ticket, etc.) we most probably did not received it.
Please bear with us, this will be sorted out soon...

In that case, I'll paste my recent reply to you below regarding a quote to upgrade sites to the latest version. You can reply by good old-fashioned email :D

Best thing is if I get you to do one site and see how long it takes.

downtime, if possible, as that site is very important to me.
And when could you do this for me?
Also, one other question;
I've only had a quick look at the latest version, but couldn't find an
image upload facility. Is it still included?

Okay, I have finnaly got to log in and get a password. Now I can post on this forum board. Just FYI for Vivvo.

The one where I was asking you to upgrade my sites (answer to your last email above - I'll see if I can dig out the ticket and append it to that now that the system is working).
