Hi, after 6 months of free upgrades, how much would you have to pay to renew this?

Annual renewal fee for support and access to member area with upgrades. Purchased via member area after initial six months of free support/upgrades.

Developer / Corporate License renewal - USD $245
Annual renewal fee for support and access to member area with upgrades for Developer and Corporate license holders. Purchased via member area after initial twelve months of free support/upgrades.

The discount for non-profits does not apply for license renewals, just for initial purchases and is approved on a case-by-case basis.

Ok, Thanks :), just one more thing, like a vBulletin license, could I renew about 2/3 months after the license has expired or would I have to renew immediately/as it ends?

You can renew your Vivvo license whenever you like, but you will loose access to the client area when your support expires, so you won't be able to download any updates or plugins anymore.
