issues after upgrading to rc 4.1

after upgrading to rc 4.1 i start getting errors...

1- i have a customized template and i did exactly what has been told in upgrade instructions but i can't login to system even to admin area, when i enter my username and password and click login nothing happens ( seems to be unique to firefox )

2- in admin area i get some js errors
line 157 charecter: 96 sonlandırılmamış dize sabiti ( i m not quite sure how to translate this to english )

line 717 charecter: 5 'vivvofilepicker' is undefined

3- i cant logout even with original template it says ( seems to be unique to firefox )

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_username() on a non-object in /var/www/lib/vivvo/service/login.service.php on line 84

4- when i try to upload an image to article it says failed(in ff) and doesnt save the image path when i press publish( show image section blank in ie7 ) even i have given right permissions

5- rss is not working it tells me

so sorry to bump but i really need some help on this, at least now i can login with ie7( still no luck with ff ) however i cant add images to articles

for line 717 charecter: 5 'vivvofilepicker' is undefined error i noticed that it was caused by a conflict in plugins, after deleting some plugins error didnt showed anymore...

for line 157 charecter: 96 sonlandırılmamış dize sabiti and 4. error i noticed it was caused by my turkish lang file, when i changed it to english in preferences both erros disappeard and i was able to upload images...(however i m still not sure why it is being caused - possible cause is that i use utf-8 format to save that lang file)

however for 1-3-5 errors i m still stuck...

ok i fixed this there was an extra " in lang file i changed that to ' , now i'll look into admin/turkish to find out why its not allowing me to upload images...

but i still need help on other issues

what kind of plugins that was causing the vivvofilepicker to show ? i'm facing the same problem now i cant upload images to my articles...
