Server error 500 means your PHP interpretator is probably not running properly, and trying to execute the script in some wrong manner. Can you run other PHP scripts normally on your localhost, or only Vivvo is making problems? Did you to run phpinfo(); ?

yes.i can install other PHP template as well and it run properly.How can i fix this problem?

I think installation on windows hosts has some issue with POST, not sure... try doing installation like: http://localhost/installer/index.php, rather then http://localhost/installer/
