MySQL database problem article deleted repeatedly

Hi

i have bought this script almost 3 months ago hoping to bring something new to my site ... but my problem started with the support team
after i installed the script i started to work on the template after 1 week i got an error saying

MySQL_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/arab-sho/public_html/article/HTML_function.php on line 142

it appeared later that all the database table was removed completely
later the vivo launched a patch to solve this problem i installed it hoping that this will the first and last problem

BTW all the work with the template had gone with the wind 'coz the support team had to reinstall the script ...

i said no problem that's not a big deal lets start from Zero and work everything out ... i haired someone to do the template and i bought one also from template monster so i had put money in this script around 240 US

after i install the template to work with the script .... i went immediately to backup all the files so if any thing happened i'll be in the safe side ....

and what i expected happened the database tables were removed how and why i've got no answer ....

for the 3rd time i reinstall the tables only and uploaded the template files via FTP ...

after the 3rd time i thouth this script is not going to work ,but what i have to do i must make it work i can't afford all that money going for nothing ....

so i reinstall for the 4th time saying this is the got to be the Last and i thought it's till yesterday .... i had finished everything; template, article addition, i was 2 step away from launching the site , but i noticed a small thing .... so i contacted the support team about the problem ..... and after 3 hours i got the answer ....
the answer was that all my database tables were removed at this point i was sure that the support team while they try to find a solution to the problem they had to log in to my database ...... How i don't know .....

i want an answer after all the article and everything in the Database were removed how can i trust this script to carry on all my business .....

everything now back to normal

i don't know how ... the support team has not contacted me yet ...
i wonder why ...

Sounds like one hell of a problem... but it surely can't be something related to a hole in the software. If you have the latest patch, then you're secure.

On the other hand, did you leave some other points of access?

Did you remove the installer file? If not, the attacker can easily wipe out your database... Secondly, did you change your FTP/cPanel/MySQL passwords lately? You really need to do that from time to time... regardless of Vivvo.

Remember, we can patch the script, but we can't help if passwords are easy to break, or if you don't remove installer file (as we strongly recommend in installation manual).

thank u for ur answer i appreciate the effort

i have replaced the patch the moment it was released and i've just overwrite the old files with the new one to be sure ....

i have more than one script installed on my site i've not notice anything wrong with any script expect vivvo....

i 'll try to complete my work with more cation hoping to be save from any other problem .....

but please i have contacted the support team about a problem in the script ....

the script support arabic language .... but there are three phrases which are written in English and need to be translated from within the admin panel ....
i've translated them to arabic ,but i've got weired symbol not arabic u can notice these phrase in the site heres a link http://arab-shopping.com/article/

i wonder how can this be solved
