Import articles

Hello from Greece.
We have a lot of articles fro Article Manager 1 interactivetools.com cms
(flat files. .dat or .shtml static files), not the mysql version but the old one.
Can we import these articles (or dat files) into your cms?
and how difficult is something like this.

If the articles are not in database, I believe it will be rather hard to import them into Vivvo. They will probably need to be entered manually (copy/paste).
