plugin:show random QUOTEs

I think most of you guys need a plugin which shows a random QUOTEs from a database that you wanna show on any part of the site.

So is there any way that you guys make this plugin or if you can tell us how to do it please!

It will be very good if u can help me with this,
It will make the sites more interesting, displaying different Quotes=Old saying=Poems e.t.c

Just follow the instructions provided here, and you can create random quotes from database easily. If you get stuck - feel free to post the code here, we'll take a look :)

another thing is that i am bad at database stuff,
so how should I call the quotes from my database in HTML_FUNCTIONS,

Or if you have time, can you explain the steps for showing random quotes please, thank you
