Charset problem After editing!!(UTF-8)

Hello guys,
I have problem with the Unicode,
After I add the article in utf-8 it shows very ok,
BUT when I edit the same article and sumbit it again,the UNICODE characters wont show up!
What is the problem here?
Maybe because of the {BODY EDITOR}? Because my characters works with only font=TAHOMA, and BODY EDITOR doesnt have it, HOW can I edit the BODY EDITOR and but this TAHOMA font instead of other FONTS?
