vivvo install can't start

Hi experts,

i'm using vivvo from about 3 months, i've installed it for many times but this time i moved my vivvo into a new website everything is ok when uploading files into website and giving permission too but:

when starting install in IE7 the page is blanck nothting to show, and when using FireFox i got this:

Not Found

The requested URL /news\installer\index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.



noting that vivvo's directory in the website is (news) when exploring public_html i found it and all its directories.

The URL looks bad...Some slashes are wrong :p

Are you on Linux or Windows ?

Have you checked conf.php?

Is /news/ your vivvo-directory?

i'm using Windows.
conf.php is ok

yes, it is

i upload the same folder to a free host and it works ok.
does this have any relation with my site hoster?

Hm, if it works on a free host (i think they use linux), you should check the docs of spoonlabs for windowssystems.

/news\installer\index.php

should look like this:
/news/installer/index.php

You can try to enter the URL manually, but i think you will end in further errors.
What happens ?

BTW: Do you use a trial or unencoded-version... I had some problems with ioncube on a windows-system
