Hi,

as i tried to install VIVVO in March without luck (because no one answered my SupportRequest (eMail) ) i wanted to give it a try again, because i am searching a CMS-System for 3 vbulletins

During installtion my license was supended (i felt happy doing all the work and see...NOTHING  )

So i really rethinking, if VIVVO is the right for me after this negative impressions (there are also a few in vb-forums, but i always want to make my own experience) - but to keep it on my list, i have a few questions:

- does the payed version included NONE encrypted files... (ioncube or others) ?
I also have such tools active to test trials, but will never use tools that do need such file in live-installations, because of bad experiences (servers down, companies gone, etc) I also say: If a company don't trustes me, i don't trusts them... (vB, PP, RP, IPB don't requiere such things)

- if you don't me allow to test the system on my server, are there Testsystem available on your server (so i can log in the an admincp myself, like vb does)

- if i change my domain, can i chage it in the clientarea so it remains valid

- How fast is the support-system.. Suspending was fast, but i just got no answer on my supportemail yet (ok, i will open a ticket now, because i saw threads on this forum, that mentioned that way as the preffered way)

Perhaps a further customer

I'm really sorry about your negative experience.

"Invalid/suspended license" can occur due to numerous reasons, and usually happens automatically when licensing server gets flagged due to some issue. Some of the reasons are covered in our Knowledgebase, but we always encourage customers to submit a support ticket so our support engineers can examine the issue.

Although you're not a customer yet, feel free to take advantage on our support staff, and see for yourself how efficient they are in solving your problems.

Paid version does not include any encrypted file (100% source), thus we're working on setting up private live demos (also valid for 21 day, as free trial) on our servers.

as i tried to install VIVVO in March without luck (because no one answered my SupportRequest (eMail) )

It is hard for me to believe that absolutely no one answered your ticket, could you be so kind to provide me with the ticket ref. number, I will check this myself.

Thank you for your reply.

I think suspending happens, because i already had a trial (but i had problems and didn't use it)

100% source sounds great... Thanks for the information.

In March, i just wrote an eMail, no support-ticket, so i can not pst a Ticketnumber.

In this case i opened a ticket today (so i will have a reference next time :) ).

I just want to test the software, i even do not need 21 days... 7 should be enough. I just want to have a look. So it would be great if i got a chance to do so ;)

BTW: My installed site is available if i point to the website, but i get a blnk page when i try to access the adminpage. Is this installation-error or just caused by the suspended license?

Hey there,

I just checked your ticket - #BNU-77700-670. I guess it is yours - otherwise we have two very unhappy campers here and that won't make me very happy :)

Here's what support tech wrote you (I'm pasting a part of the email public for this might come as a common issue - others can benefit from this as well).

I'm sorry about this, but I just want you to know that we did not suspend your license for any reason - it was automatically suspended by our licensing server.

I now checked both licenses (Trial-5c46xxx11 and Trial-325xxx60) to see what might be the problem, and here is what I saw:

Trial-5c4xxx911: was issued on 03-18-2008 and after 21 day it (naturally) expired. After that you installed another trial license (the second one, today) and it was automatically flagged by our licensing server because it pointed to same domain and IP as the expired one.

This is a standard procedure for re-issuing trial licenses on the same server after expiry. I just re-set it to "active" manually, but I'm not sure if the licensing server will suspend it again. If it does, I suggest you try it on another host (domain).

Anyhows, if you don't have another URL where you can try out Vivvo, let us know and we'll try to delete your previous license completely from the database so it doesn't cause any more conflicts.

Let me know how it goes now.

It's fine now... and WOW...i am impressed.

I have two problems i will report via supportticket and after solving, i will make my credit card ready :D

I installed about 6 CMS currently and Vivvo seems to be exactly what i want.

Luckily we figued out the problem.. So i get a great CMS and you get money, hehe

Thanks again for fixing my trial-problem

Great news! Welcome to our big, happy family :)

It always brings a big smile on my face to see people reluctant at first, and then impressed with Vivvo's ease of use and power.

Gives us motive to go further and further :)

Hi,

because we are in business now, i registered my "normal" Username and eMail-Adress with my purchase (so i "was" MoonMan).

Just to let you know: I never said bad things abaout Vivvo (the product), i just was angry about the handling of the Trial-License ... It's always ok to fight piracy.
But you see...Giving people a second shoot, you can get customers... So i bought 2 licenses yesterday :)

Thanks
