From reading these forums I had the understanding an automatic link would be sent after purchasing the product.

However, after purchasing I was informed the link would be sent after reviewing my purchase. WTF???

I planned on spending today setting this thing up. It was a tossup between VIVO and PHPCOW. Did I make the wrong choice?

I had to turn off my dnsbl filters -- then it arrived ok.

You made the right choice, we are very confident about that. However, we have no power over the credit card verification process and email filter setup, so we kindly ask our customers to be patient as the CC verification sometimes takes several hours.
