Hi, I posted a new ticket on the support site on 18 October regarding custom work so far no reply. I sent an email yesterday to support asking if there was a problem with the support online site and no reply to that either.

I did however get the auto reply e-mail.

Now we have finaly got the site working the way we want (well almost if I get a reply to the ticket) we are thinking of redeveloping one of our other sites and use vivvo in the rebuild (must be mad) it would be extremly useful to know what new features are going to be added in the new release and the new version (4?) so we can make our minds up as to stay with Vivvo or switch.

Hm, you're second person in last couple of days having issues with correspondance.

I'll see to this in person, meanwhile feel free to give me your phone number and our staff will contact you ASAP regarding your customization work.

I know you have all been running around with the new update - BUT I still have not been contacted regarding my custom amendments. Last time I kicked off about this you asked me to forward my phone number for a speedy resolution, I e-mailed my phone number and times when I 'd be near the phone weeks ago - no calls. You've had all the details/requirements regarding our problem and you suggested a solution to which we have agreed - so please when can it be produced? This issue has now been running for weeks and weeks.

We apologize for this delay, we have been swamped with 3.4 version updates. I will personally see that a our manager contacts you today regarding your customization request.
