Have you tried adding direction: rtl; CSS property to it?
Also, what template set are you using? Have you tried with http://www.vivvo.net/resources/downloads/template-sets/right-to-left.html?

Well it depends on element you want to add that property.
I'll take ticker for example.
Open your css/ticket.css file, and add direction: rtl; property to ticker class.

example:

.ticker {
height: 20px;
border-bottom: 1px solid #DDDDDD;
padding: 0px 0px 6px 6px;
margin: 0px 6px;
direction: rtl;
}
