Avoid users to appear in author webpage

Hi,

I received some letters write for the readers. I want to publish with his username but i want to avoid to appear in the Staff page (author).

It's this possible? Maybe adding some privileges to the members or removing some privileges to the writers?

go to feature_author.tpl box and check this:

Can you be a bit more specific? I only want to add or delete values to a one specific user.
