Try to add those lines:


define('VIVVO_FORCE_NAMES_UTF8',1); define('VIVVO_FORCE_USE_COLLATE',1);


in your VIVVO_ROOT/conf.php file.

Did you change anything in your templates?

Try to add new article with Arabic characters and test this article on homepage. Of course you need to add those lines in conf.php file.

this problem is becuase you use UTF8

GO TO YOUR MYSQL
and change the language to windows-1256

i had the same problem b4
and i fixed it with adding arabic language to the data base
