first i want to thank you about this great job it's really wonderfull
i've some thing in the langauge code so i'm using arabic. i've changed the layout template from left to right and it's ok now but when chaging the language into Arabic all the text character became small squres like the picture attached.

yes, i did everything is ok in my server. i'm sure that the problem is in how to encode?

I think that problem is related with your lang file.
Did you save text without UTF-8 BOM?
Could you share your lang file with us?
