Show Sub category menu

How do you have all my subcategory menu show on all my pages instead of only showing after clicking the category? I want it just like the http://demo.vivvo.net/World/ where no matter where you click you'll see all the subcategory.

In your administration go to Category management and Manage category/subcategory, when you click to edit category there is an option Show subcategories in navigation you should choose full from drop down list.
That way you subcategories are visible everywhere.
