phpBB Bridge plug-in released (public beta)

The phpBB Forum Bridge is intended to be used with Vivvo CMS and phpBB forum (http://www.phpbb.com/). The bridge integrates these two pieces of software allowing one login, registration, and user modification point for both systems thus comment integration. Integration includes a phpBB Bot, which will automatically create a new topic when a user wishes to discuss/comment the article.

The plug-in is free, it is available in the Resources Center (http://www.vivvo.net/resources/downloads/Plug-ins/phpbb-bridge.html) and public documentation is located in docs section of our website.

it works for me without problem but I will use it if I can get the latest forum posts as in vbulletin plugin. if we install this plugin phpbb3 gets the controls of the users in vivvo database but I have too many users in vivvo db so it seems I m not going to use it.

I've been scouring Vivvo all weekend & I cannot download phpbb bridge. I'm logged in all over & don't see a download link. Been all through the Resource center. Is it only availlable to payed lisencees or can I, a trial user use it? Issues w/ the latest posts solved. Thanks, Gene

Trial users don't have access to resources, only license holders. That would explain your trouble :)
