cant login to admin

Hello

after installing a trial version and trying to login with my selected admin password im still getting an Invalid username or password. (2750)

i get in ( forget your password ) and selected a new one but still cant able to login ?!

please help

Or , when i typed the admin and password and then cilck submit , i return to the same login page without any error message

btw : when i login as admin in the default login box in the cms ( example : mysite.com/index.php ) the system accept me , but when i click on ( administrative page ) and login in getting this error .

Okay , i have selected to reinstall the script using the same trial license in the same old DB and everything else , when i finished , i open the ( administrative page ) from the installer and i got this message :

Your License is Suspended
Scenarios for Suspended License:

1) Payment Failure
2) Refund Requested but not yet processed

If you feel that this error is invalid, please contact the software vendor.

I would suggest you open a support ticket for this. You'll get faster service than the forums. This is something they may have to do with the licensing server.

Re: "License is Suspended" message - did you use trial on one site (server), and then moved to another? If you did, that's why you get this...

dear Andy , now i didnt , i just reinstaleld the application on the same old details ( server/ db / password ect .. )
