JW PLayer supports logo over video (it's not watermark) but you can have your logo in right top corner

You should add this code to your template
s1.addVariable('logo','http://www.vivvo.net/logo.jpg');

The code my vary depending on what template you're using.

Are you talking about videos hosted on your own site? If not, then it would be illegal to watermark videos off of youtube etc.
