Is it possible to make something like that with vivvo? I dont use vivvo right now but when it is possible to make a website like webfeeder i am going to use this cms.

Yes it's possible.
I don't see any reason why this wouldn't be possible with Vivvo.

You can't have this type of website out of the box.
You can customize templates to accomplish layout and functionality of mentioned website.
